We are a mobile company, therefore we are able to meet with you in the comfort of your own home or in an alternative location of your choice.
Our professional and compassionate Support Workers will help you live independently within your home by helping you connect to your community, and provide you with the support you need to achieve your goals.
Louise Briggs
My name is Louise and I am the Director and founder of Home and Community Support Specialists (HCSS). I have over thirty (30) years’ experience working in both health and law and have also spent several years working as a Local Area Coordinator building NDIS plans, assisting participants to implement their plans and assisting people to gain access to the NDIS. I have combined my unique experience in the nursing and law professions to create this company offering services to people connected to the NDIS in North Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Glasshouse Mountain and Townsville regions. I have always worked to support the vulnerable in our community and HCSS brings an opportunity for me to assist people with disability to live an independent and meaningful life.
